Overview

Chartwell Teaching Institute strives to give the best service and experience possible. This page serves to explain our services and how to perform, change, cancel, or provide feedback on registrations or workshops.

Workshop Registration

Registrations are open to the general public within the United States. At this time all workshops are live at Chartwell School in Seaside, CA (unless otherwise specified in the workshop details) and will not be recorded or streamed; participants are expected to attend in-person and are responsible for all travel and accommodations outside of the workshop.

To register for a public workshop, visit the Workshop Calendar page, select the workshop to register for, the amount of registrants, then continue through a transaction via credit card or Paypal.

After that transaction, each attendee will receive a confirmation email and ticket from CTI to the email entered during registration. The purchaser will also receive a receipt. 

Important: Attendees will receive links to a pre-workshop survey that must be completed at least two business days prior to the workshop.

If you haven’t received confirmations or receipts, please contact us.   

Registrations close at 5pm the day before the workshop begins. Walk-in registrations are not possible.

Partial registrations are not allowed; you must pay the full workshop amount to attend any portion of it.

Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers

To cancel your registration, please contact us as soon as possible.

Registrations can be canceled at any time before the workshop begins. When canceling, please indicate if you would like to apply your registration to a future workshop, or if you would like a refund. Refunds for cancelations will be processed within five business days.

We try our best to avoid cancelling workshops. If we must cancel a workshop, we will contact you within one business day and will present options for a full refund or rescheduling.

Registrations may be transfered within one business day; please contact us to arrange it and provide the name and email of the new attendee.

Learning Accommodations

We strive to provide any learning accommodations needed for any workshop attendee. Please be sure to share your specific needs in the pre-conference survey, or contact us as early as possible so we may prepare.

All workshop materials are presented in English. To inquire about printed materials available in Spanish, please contact us.
